Trademark Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual

When submitting an application for registration of a U.S. trademark, you must indicate what kinds of goods and/or services the trademark applies to. The U.S. Trademark Office has provided certain pre-defined descriptions of goods and services that serve as guidelines for descriptions the PTO finds acceptable. These pre-defined descriptions are found in the Trademark Acceptable Identification of Goods and Services Manual, which we have provided in searchable format.
