MULTIPLE U.S. TRADEMARK APPLICATIONS

RESPONDING TO PTO CORRESPONDENCE
You filed your own trademark application, but now you have a letter from the examiner making a request for technical corrections, posing objections, or issuing a refusal to register. This correspondence (an "office action") is a highly technical letter and the examiner expects a technical reply. Now what do you do? We can help! Responses to PTO correspondence are billed at hourly rates. Please contact us at least 30 days before a response is due. |

 |
TRADEMARK OPPOSITIONS
Your trademark application was approved by the examiner, and it was published. But then someone else (a third party) filed an opposition. An opposition is an administrative litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. It is quicker and generally cheaper than litigating in federal court, but you still need expert help. Contact us for a consultation before it's too late! |
